01When and where is the summit taking place?
The Second World Summit on Sustainable Health and Well-Being will be held on 25 September 2026 at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC), Bangkok, Thailand.
02What is the schedule for the day?
Registration and networking begin at 8:30 AM. The opening ceremony starts at 9:15 AM, and summit sessions continue until the closing ceremony ends at 4:00 PM. Lunch and networking breaks are included in the programme.
03Who can participate in the summit?
The summit welcomes medical practitioners, healthcare professionals, health workers, community health representatives, pharmaceutical and industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, media, NGOs, students and youth leaders.
04How do I register for the summit?
Registration can be completed online through the official summit website. Select the pass that best reflects your professional role and complete the registration form. Early registration is recommended because places are limited.
05What types of passes are available?
Five pass categories are available: General Observer, Pharma & Industry, Medical Practitioner, Medical Student and Health Worker.
06Will certificates be provided?
Yes. Registered participants who attend the summit will receive an official Certificate of Participation.
07Do I need a visa to attend?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check the latest entry requirements with the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate serving your country before arranging travel.
08Which airport should I fly into?
Bangkok is served by Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), the main international hub, and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), which serves many regional and low-cost airlines.
09Will accommodation be arranged?
Participants should arrange their own accommodation unless they receive written confirmation of sponsorship or an accommodation package from the summit team.

11Is there a fee to attend?
There is no summit registration fee. Optional accommodation or related travel services, if requested, may carry separate costs. Please confirm any package directly with the summit team.
12What is the dress code?
Business or professional attire is recommended. Traditional formal wear is also welcome.
13Will meals be provided?
Yes. Networking lunch and scheduled refreshments are included for registered participants, in accordance with the programme agenda.
14Who is organising the summit?
The summit is organised by the Sustainable Development Council, an international non-governmental organisation with Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and is being held at UNCC Bangkok.
15How can I reach UNCC from the airport?
Taxis and ride-hailing services are available from both Bangkok airports. From Suvarnabhumi, the Airport Rail Link combined with a taxi is another convenient option. Travel time varies considerably with traffic.
16What local transport options are available in Bangkok?
Bangkok offers the MRT subway, BTS Skytrain, taxis, buses, tuk-tuks and ride-hailing services such as Grab. Check the route and fare before travelling.
17What is the local currency and how can I pay?
The local currency is the Thai Baht (THB). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted, but carrying some cash is useful for small purchases and local transport. ATMs are widely available.
18Is travel insurance required?
All international participants are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel and health insurance covering their complete stay in Thailand.
19What language will be used at the summit?
The official working language of the summit is English.
20Who can I contact for travel assistance?
